WESTERN SKIES LAND COMPANY specializes in the acquisitions and sales of recreational land in Montana and other areas of the west with a keen focus on ethical land use planning and a genuine concern for the character of the area in which we work. We start by searching the countryside to find the best lands and follow through with our low impact approach to preparing them for sale.
We prefer to keep our lots much larger in size then normally seen in order to maintain the natural beauty and wide open spaces for elk, deer and other wildlife. In addition, all of our properties have protective covenants to ensure wise land use, thus preserving the future and habitat of these amazing creatures. As a forester and long time member of organizations such as the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and The Nature Conservancy, our President and Owner, Daniel M. Christmas, understands the importance of proper management and protection of plants, animals, lands and waters in our communities.
